Erik's expertise was cultivated during nine fruitful years at Pride Mountain Vineyards, where he became intimately acquainted with every aspect of viticulture and winemaking. He meticulously tended to the health of the vines, oversaw the delicate process of fermentation, and artfully blended wines to perfection.
 
Prior to his time at Pride, Erik spent five years immersed in cellar and production work at the renowned Far Niente winery. This early experience laid the foundation for his comprehensive understanding of the winemaking process, from the moment the grapes are harvested to bottling.
